Plastic Compound & Modification
Designed for thermoplastics, polymers, and rubber systems, focusing on improving surface performance and interfacial adhesion through advanced silane and titanate coupling technologies.
Titanate Coupling Agents – Efficient Bridges for Heterogeneous Materials
PP & Non-Polar Materials – TIA-93TK:
Powder-type mono-alkoxy fatty acid titanate; easy handling and anti-caking.
Recommended for PP, PE, and rubber systems.
Improves thermal stability, surface smoothness, and filler loading while reducing resin usage and cost.
Polar & Non-Polar Coupling – TIA-938S:
Liquid mono-alkoxy pyrophosphate titanate; compatible with PVC and PA (nylon).
Enhances adhesion, impact resistance, mechanical properties, and prevents phase separation.
Nylon & Engineering Plastics Modification
SIA-P41 (Amino Silane): Improves adhesion between glass fiber and resin, enhancing impact strength and hydrolysis resistance.
SIA-P87 (Epoxy Silane): Suitable for thermoplastic and thermoset systems; chemically couples fillers to polymer backbone during compounding or vulcanization to enhance mechanical strength.
