Adhesion Promotion & Functional Silanes
Silane coupling agents act as “molecular bridges,” significantly enhancing chemical bonding between organic polymers and inorganic substrates such as metals, glass, and mineral fillers.
For Powder Coatings (Dry Silane Type) :
SIA-P87 / SIA-P41: 65% high active content free-flowing powders. Compared to liquid silanes, dry silanes offer more precise dosing and faster, more uniform dispersion during dry blending.
Application Benefits: Improved adhesion to metal, glass, and ceramics, along with enhanced water resistance.
For Liquid Coatings & Adhesives (Functional Liquid Silanes) :
Epoxy Type (SIA-9E200 / SIA-9684): Designed for water-based/solvent-based coatings and epoxy electronic encapsulation. Epoxy groups participate in crosslinking reactions, significantly improving resistance to humidity aging, abrasion, and thermal cycling reliability.
Amino Type (SIA-9161 / SIA-9152): Multifunctional adhesion promoters that optimize bonding of epoxy, PU, and polyamide resins to stone, metal, and fiberglass. SI-1611 also enhances metal corrosion resistance as an additive.
Special Applications:
SIA-9748: Designed for free-radical curing systems (e.g., UV-curable acrylates) and unsaturated polyester composites.
SIA-9281 (Dual Functional Group): Offers extremely high hydrolytic stability, significantly extending product warranty periods and strengthening mechanical properties; suitable for multilayer PCBs and metal primers.
Surface Modification & Abrasion Resistance Additives
Utilizing advanced nanotechnology combined with powder processing technology to provide superior physical protection for coatings.
Micronized Wax Series (Powder Systems):
PMX-2026 (Polyolefin Wax): Excellent abrasion and scratch resistance, good dispersion, and matting effect; ideal for printing inks and industrial paints.
PPP-2017 (PP Wax): Higher melting point (140–150°C) and superior hardness; ideal for powder coatings, can coatings, coil coatings, and UV varnishes to enhance scratch resistance.
Wax Emulsion Series (Water-Based Systems):
WGW-240 (PE Wax Emulsion): Outstanding rub resistance, gloss, and slip; effectively prevents surface blocking; commonly used in varnishes, inks, coatings, and PU release systems.
WGW-425 (Paraffin Emulsion): Highly compatible non-ionic system; enhances water repellency and anti-blocking properties. Raw materials comply with FDA indirect food contact regulations.
Process & Application Defoaming Solutions (Defoamers)

WDF-862: A mineral oil and polymer composite formulation that delivers rapid defoaming and effectively eliminates microbubbles, particularly suitable for high-gloss coatings and inks.

WDF-816 / WDF-836: High-efficiency silicone-based concentrated liquids that achieve outstanding foam suppression performance with low dosage, ideal for polymer foaming systems and adhesive applications.
